1. Privacy Policy
Heffen Technologies SL informs users of the website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of users and customers that may be collected through browsing or contracting services via its website. In this regard, Heffen Technologies SL guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of the LOPD. The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.
2. Collection, purpose, and processing of data
Heffen Technologies SL is obliged to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may take place, either through the sending of emails or by completing forms included on the website. In this sense, Heffen Technologies SL will be considered responsible for the data collected through the means described above. Likewise, Heffen Technologies SL informs users that the purpose of processing the collected data includes: responding to user requests, inclusion in the contact list, service provision, management of commercial relationships, and other purposes. Any automated or non-automated operations, procedures, and technical processes that allow the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions regarding personal data are considered personal data processing. All personal data collected through the website of Heffen Technologies SL, and therefore considered personal data processing, will be included in the files declared to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by Heffen Technologies SL.
3. Disclosure of information to third parties
Heffen Technologies SL informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except when such data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data transfer to the third party will only occur when Heffen Technologies SL has the user’s explicit consent.
4. User rights
Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data grants data subjects the possibility to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data is being processed by Heffen Technologies SL, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the legal regulations in force on personal data protection. To exercise these rights, the user must send a written communication, providing documentation that proves their identity (ID card or passport), by email to info@heffen.es. This communication must include the following information: the user’s full name, the request being made, address, and proof of identity. The exercise of these rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be exercised by a person authorized as the user’s legal representative. In such cases, documentation proving this representation must be provided.
